What's included
Everything Your MVP Needs. Nothing It Doesn't.
One fixed price. One scope document. Every deliverable in writing before we start.
Discovery & Product Scoping
We map your users, core flows, and technical requirements before a single wireframe is drawn. You get a written scope document: not a vague estimate.
UX/UI Design & Prototyping
Information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. You review and approve every screen before development begins.
Full-Stack Development
Web app, mobile app, or both: built on a modern, maintainable stack with clean architecture. Weekly demos so you see progress, not just promises.
QA Testing & Bug Fixes
Dedicated QA engineer, separate from your developer. Functional, regression, and device compatibility testing. UAT phase before any release.
App Store / Play Store Launch
We handle submission, metadata, screenshots, and compliance checks. We don't hand you a build file and disappear: we get it live.
30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Bug fixes at no extra cost for 30 days after launch. Critical issues resolved within 4 business hours. We stay accountable after handover.
Who it's for
Built for Founders Who Are Ready to Move.
Not for "exploring the idea." For people who have done the thinking and need a team to execute.
First-Time Founders
You have a clear idea and a target market. You need a technical partner who can take it from Figma to the App Store: without needing you to manage a dev team.
Pre-Seed & Seed Stage Startups
You need something investor-ready: fast. Our MVPs are built to demo well, perform under pressure, and give you a real product to raise on.
Established Businesses Launching New Products
You have a business. You want to launch a digital product alongside it: without building an internal team or waiting 18 months for a large agency to deliver.
The 8-week sprint
A Clear Timeline You Can Hold Us To.
Every week has defined outputs. You always know exactly where we are and what's coming next. No ambiguity. No surprises.

FAQs
MVP Questions, Answered Honestly.
No agency spin. Just straight answers from a team that's shipped 20+ products.
An MVP is the smallest complete version of your product that lets real users do the thing they actually need to do. It's not a prototype, a wireframe, or a demo. It's a real, working product — live on the App Store or on a domain — with the core feature set needed to validate your idea and attract early users or investors. What an MVP is NOT: a dumbed-down version you're embarrassed to show people. We build MVPs that look and work like a real product, because first impressions matter.
It happens — and we've built our process around it. At Week 1, we lock a written scope document. Any changes after that are handled with a written change request that tells you the cost and timeline impact before anything happens. Small pivots within the existing scope don't trigger change requests. Significant feature additions or direction shifts do — and you always have the choice to accept or decline.
Yes — if the scope is right-sized. The 8-week timeline assumes a focused MVP with a clear core feature set. It also assumes that you're responsive during the design and review phases. We've launched products on this timeline consistently. If your idea is broader in scope, we'll be upfront in Week 1 about whether 8 weeks is realistic, and we won't overpromise a timeline we can't keep.
Yes — fully. Full IP and source code ownership transfers to you on final payment, in writing. You'll receive access to all repositories, design files, assets, and documentation. We don't hold code hostage. If you decide to bring on your own team after launch, we'll do a proper handover to them.
Every project is priced on scope, not on arbitrary day rates. MVP budgets typically start in the low five figures and scale based on complexity, number of platforms (web, iOS, Android), and integration requirements. We also offer monthly payment plans with 0% interest for founders who want to move now and pay over time. The fastest way to get a real number is to fill out our quote form — we'll send a scoped estimate within 1 business day.
You launch. Then you have two choices: take the product in-house with a full handover from us, or stay on a monthly retainer for ongoing features, improvements, and marketing. The 30-day warranty covers bug fixes regardless. Most of our MVP clients continue working with us post-launch — because onboarding a new team once you already have momentum is a risk most founders prefer not to take.
Yes. For MVPs that require mobile apps, we typically build in React Native — which gives you a single codebase that runs natively on both iOS and Android. This is faster and more cost-efficient than building two separate native apps, and the output is a real native app — not a web wrapper. If your use case genuinely requires separate native builds, we'll discuss that during scoping.
