What's included

Everything You Need to Get Back on Track.

We start with an honest assessment — not a sales pitch. You'll know exactly what's broken and what it'll cost to fix before we start.

Emergency Project Assessment
We review your codebase, architecture, and delivery history in 48–72 hours and give you a clear, honest picture of where things stand.
Code & Architecture Review
We identify technical debt, architectural issues, security risks, and scalability blockers — and prioritise them by business impact.
Rescue Roadmap & Fixed-Price Proposal
A clear plan: what we'll fix, what we'll rebuild, in what order, and for exactly how much. No hourly billing, no estimate surprises.
Rebuild or Repair
Sometimes it's faster to fix. Sometimes a targeted rebuild is the right call. We'll tell you which — and execute on it cleanly.
Performance & Scalability Fixes
Slow queries, memory leaks, infrastructure that can't handle load — we fix the root cause, not the symptoms.
QA Stabilisation & Handover
Full test coverage and a structured handover so your team can own and maintain the codebase without depending on us.
Who it's for

For Projects That Are In Serious Trouble.

If your build has stalled, your budget has blown out, or your developer has disappeared — this is the service for you.

Stalled Builds
Your product was supposed to launch months ago. Development has stalled, milestones keep moving, and no one can tell you why. We'll assess in 48–72 hours and tell you exactly what's blocking progress.
Budget Overruns
You've spent far more than planned with no end in sight. We'll stop the bleeding, audit what's been built, and give you a fixed-price path to completion — so you know exactly what you'll pay.
Developer Ghosted
Your developer or agency has gone quiet — and you're left with partial code, no documentation, and no idea what's actually been built. We'll take stock of what you have and build a plan from there.
Our process

Assessment First. Fixed Price Second.

We never start work without understanding what's broken. Every rescue begins with an honest, independent assessment.

01
Discovery Call
Free 30-minute call to understand your situation, what's been built, and whether we're the right fit to rescue it.
02
Emergency Assessment
We review your codebase and architecture in 48–72 hours. Deliverable: a written report on what's broken, what works, and what the options are.
03
Rescue Roadmap & Proposal
A prioritised plan with a fixed price. You decide whether to proceed — no pressure, no commitment until you're ready.
04
Rescue, Stabilise & Handover
We execute the roadmap at a fixed price, stabilise the codebase, and hand it over with documentation your team can actually use.

Get it back on track. For good.

Tell us what's happening. We'll assess in 48–72 hours and give you a fixed-price plan to finish what's been started.

FAQs

Rescue Questions, Answered Honestly.

No fluff. Just straight answers from a team that's rescued 20+ projects.

You give us access to your codebase and any relevant documentation. We review the architecture, code quality, test coverage, deployment setup, and delivery history. Within 48–72 hours we give you a written report: what works, what's broken, what the risks are, and what your options are. The assessment is a fixed-fee service — you're paying for honest information, not a sales pitch.
We'll tell you. Some codebases are better rebuilt than rescued — and we'll say so clearly, with our reasoning. In those cases we'll give you a rebuild proposal instead. You won't find out after we've started work.
We don't. The fixed-price proposal only comes after the emergency assessment — not before. We price the rescue work based on what we actually find, not on an estimate. That's how we can commit to a fixed price with confidence.
This is more common than you'd think. We can advise on your legal options, but practically speaking — if you have any partial access (repository read access, staging environment access, deployment files), we can start an assessment with what you have. We've assessed projects from production deployments alone. Book a discovery call and tell us what you've got.
Yes. We aim to leave every rescue with a codebase your own team can own — documented, tested, and handed over. If you need ongoing development, scaling work, or a retainer after the rescue, we're happy to discuss that. But the goal of the rescue itself is always to leave you independent.
