Existing apps weren't built for Canadian households with multiple accounts, currencies, or members — forcing users into rigid frameworks.

No Real-Time Bank Visibility

Manual transaction entry was tedious and error-prone. Users needed live data pulled directly from their bank — not delayed CSV exports.

Privacy & Data Trust Issues

Most "free" finance apps secretly sold user data to advertisers. Users demanded a transparent, 100% ad-free alternative they could actually trust.
