Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Build Me App retains ownership of internal tools and frameworks.
Clients obtain ownership of final deliverables upon full payment.
We may showcase projects in portfolios unless restricted by contract.
Payments
Payment terms are defined in client agreements.
Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension of services
Withholding deliverables
Contract termination
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Project-Based Services
For fixed-price or milestone-based projects:
Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refunded at the sole discretion of Build Me App.
Retainer and Subscription Services
For ongoing services such as retainers or monthly support:
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Delays
If a client fails to provide required information, approvals, or assets necessary to continue work:
The project timeline may be extended.
Build Me App reserves the right to invoice for completed work regardless of delays.
Termination by Build Me App
Build Me App reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are not made according to agreed terms.
The client violates the service agreement.
The project scope changes significantly without agreement.
In such cases, payments already made are non-refundable.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Build Me App will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
Attempt to breach website security
Upload malicious content
Scrape or copy website data
Interfere with website operations
Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party services such as:
Cloud providers
Payment processors
APIs
Analytics tools
We are not responsible for third-party policies or service availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Me App shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of revenue
Loss of business
Data loss
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant services.
